When an ISD 'retires,' say, or goes on a leave from the forums, can they still come back and do ISD things? Like, those old ISDs still have their ISD status. Does that mean they can log on and moderate the forums? No, they can't. If they would like they can request to be reinstated, which is a bit quicker than starting from scratch as we can skip some set up steps. But no, when a member of ISD's CCL division retires, all his moderation (and other) capabilities get revoked.
